Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a leading global professional services firm, with a specific focus on supporting our Corporate & Tech divisions. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and Specialists, contributing to a wide range of HR initiatives and daily operations. This is an entry-level position designed to provide comprehensive training and mentorship, ideal for individuals eager to kickstart their career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing documents.
- Assist in the recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, preparing materials and assisting with orientation.
- Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, employee engagement programs, and training logistics.
- Research and compile information on HR best practices, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
- Assist with offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for departing employees.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proactive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- Previous exposure to a professional office environment (e.g., part-time job, volunteer work, academic project).
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
