Job Description
We are seeking passionate and experienced Online Career Mentors to join our dynamic team at Kaplan Australia. This part-time, remote role is perfect for individuals who are dedicated to guiding students through their career development journey, with a particular focus on crafting compelling resumes and cover letters. You will work directly with students, providing personalized feedback, strategic advice, and practical support to enhance their job application materials and overall career readiness. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on students’ futures from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one online mentorship to students seeking career guidance.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on student resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Assist students in tailoring their application materials for specific job opportunities.
- Offer advice on job search strategies, interview preparation, and networking.
- Empower students with self-marketing techniques and confidence-building strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions.
