Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders with a positive attitude.
- Prepare and serve food items according to Chipotle's recipes, quality standards, and portion control guidelines.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met, maintaining a clean and organized workstation and dining area.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Assist with stocking inventory, washing dishes, and general restaurant cleanliness.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations and a great customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- No prior restaurant or food service experience is required! We will train the right candidate.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not required).
- Previous experience in a customer service role (a plus, but not essential).
- Basic understanding of food safety principles (training provided).
