Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our team in Palmerston as a Casual Day Shift Admin. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for flexible work hours in a supportive environment. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent role for individuals keen to develop their administrative skills within a leading telecommunications company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries appropriately
- Maintain organised filing systems, both digital and physical
- Assist with data entry and updating company records
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Required Skills
