Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-centric WFH Concierge Assistant to join our remote team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional, personalized service to our discerning clients who engage with a renowned luxury brand. You will be the virtual face of our service, handling a diverse range of inquiries and requests, from travel arrangements and event bookings to unique personal shopping needs. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office while being an integral part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary remote point of contact for high-net-worth clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently manage and fulfill client requests, including booking reservations (dining, travel, events), sourcing unique items, and coordinating personal services.
- Conduct thorough research to provide clients with tailored options and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, preferences, and service histories.
- Proactively anticipate client needs and provide exceptional, personalized solutions.
