Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive University Admin Assistant to join our Tertiary Public Sector team. This entry-level role is perfect for an organised individual looking to start a career in higher education administration. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate office supplies, equipment, and resources.

  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Provide front-line customer service and support to students, staff, and visitors.
  • Support event planning and execution for departmental activities.
  • Process administrative paperwork and forms with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
