Job Description

Are you looking to kick-start a rewarding career in an essential service industry? Rentokil Initial Australia is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Tweed Heads team as Pest Control Assistants. This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is required. We provide full, comprehensive training from day one, equipping you with all the knowledge and skills needed to become a successful pest control professional. You will work alongside experienced technicians, learning the ropes and contributing to our mission of safeguarding properties from pests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced Pest Control Technicians with their daily service routes.
  • Prepare equipment and materials required for pest treatments.
  • Learn and apply safe work practices and pest control protocols.
  • Observe and assist in identifying pest infestations and applying appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain clean and organised work vehicles and equipment.
  • Accurately complete paperwork and job sheets under supervision.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and, occasionally, with clients.
  • Participate actively in all training sessions and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

  • Valid Australian Driver's License (essential for travel between sites)
