Job Description
We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Casual Linen Staff to join our team in Casuarina, Darwin. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals looking for flexible day shifts and an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for the efficient handling, sorting, and distribution of linen within our client’s facility, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Sort, count, and store clean and soiled linen according to established procedures.
- Distribute fresh linen to various departments or areas as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of linen storage areas.
- Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently (if applicable, with training).
- Report any equipment malfunctions or linen shortages to supervisors.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
