Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual E-learning Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a crucial remote role focused on providing exceptional administrative and technical support for our virtual learning platforms, specifically designed to align with academic term schedules. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and effective e-learning experience for students and educators by managing course content, assisting with technical inquiries, and facilitating communication. This position offers flexible “term time options,” meaning your work schedule will primarily align with academic calendars, providing opportunities for reduced hours or time off during academic breaks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical and administrative support for virtual learning platforms (LMS) to students and educators.
  • Assist with the setup, organization, and maintenance of e-learning course content, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Monitor and respond to support tickets, emails, and phone calls related to e-learning inquiries.
  • Coordinate scheduling for virtual workshops, webinars, and online support sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding platform updates, issues, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
  • Contribute to the creation and updating of user guides, FAQs, and support documentation.
  • Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to platform access, multimedia content, and submission processes.
