Job Description

Lightspeed Commerce Inc. is seeking a dynamic Virtual Tech Demo Presenter to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an extroverted personality to thrive in a 100% remote role, demonstrating our cutting-edge retail and hospitality solutions to potential clients across North America. You’ll be the face and voice of our products, engaging audiences with compelling presentations and answering questions in an interactive virtual environment. Full training on our specific software platforms and demonstration techniques will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging and informative virtual product demonstrations of Lightspeed's solutions to prospective clients.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our technology, tailoring presentations to audience needs.
  • Answer questions and address concerns from potential clients in real-time during virtual sessions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand target audiences and refine demo content.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Lightspeed's product features, updates, and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback from demos to product development and sales teams to improve offerings and strategies.
  • Manage scheduling and logistics for virtual demonstration sessions.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to present complex information clearly and engagingly.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation abilities (even if virtual).
  • Comfortable with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
  • High level of enthusiasm and a naturally extroverted personality.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
  • Basic technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new software quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in virtual presentations, public speaking, or customer-facing roles.

  • Experience in sales or pre-sales roles.
