Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic records of calls, incidents, and resource availability.
  • Provide administrative support to lead dispatchers, including compiling reports and managing schedules.
  • Monitor various communication channels and flag pertinent information to the dispatch team.
  • Maintain a calm, professional, and empathetic demeanor during all interactions.
  • Adhere strictly to all NSW Ambulance policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Assist with resource tracking and deployment, particularly during busy periods.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operational flow.
