Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous individual to join our team as Home Affairs Border Support – National Security. This role is pivotal in assisting with the operational support functions critical to border protection and national security initiatives. You will work closely with government personnel, contributing to the efficient processing of information, monitoring of systems, and adherence to strict protocols that underpin Australia’s security framework. This position requires a high degree of discretion, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding national security standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with data entry and management within secure national security databases.
  • Monitor and report on information relevant to border security operations.
  • Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders under supervision to gather and disseminate information.
  • Prepare routine reports and administrative documentation related to border support activities.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and national security guidelines.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge of border security protocols.

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
