Job Description
Join Amazon Canada as an Entry-Level E-commerce Fraud Reviewer, working 100% remotely from your home office. In this vital role, you will be on the front lines protecting our customers and business from fraudulent activities by meticulously reviewing transactions and account behaviors. This position offers comprehensive training, making it ideal for individuals with no prior experience in fraud review who possess keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy. Successful candidates will be comfortable working night shifts to ensure continuous coverage and support our global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and investigate e-commerce transactions for potential fraud patterns and indicators.
- Utilize internal tools and systems to identify and mitigate fraudulent activities.
- Document findings and maintain accurate records of all investigations and decisions.
- Collaborate with team members and management to enhance fraud detection strategies and processes.
- Adhere to strict security protocols and data privacy guidelines at all times.
- Effectively manage workload and perform tasks during assigned night shifts.
