Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons and other workers on construction sites.
- Perform general site clean-up and material handling.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Dig trenches, compact earth, and assist with concrete pouring.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines diligently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with site preparation and demobilization tasks.
- Participate actively in all provided training sessions.
