Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors.
- Adhere to all bank policies, security procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of the day.
- Identify opportunities to refer customers to other banking specialists when appropriate.
