Job Description
Join BrightView Landscapes as a Seasonal Landscape Labourer! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start a career in landscaping, regardless of prior experience. We are looking for motivated and reliable team members to assist with a variety of outdoor tasks, contributing to the beauty and maintenance of commercial properties across Austin. Full training will be provided on-the-job, ensuring you gain valuable skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding.
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees according to design specifications.
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repairs.
- Operate basic landscaping equipment safely and efficiently after training.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Support senior landscapers with various project requirements.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
