Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Work From Home: Airline Ticketing Agent. This is an entry-level, 100% remote position where you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their flight arrangements, ensuring smooth booking processes, and providing excellent support. Full comprehensive training will be provided, so no prior experience in the airline industry is required. Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations via phone, email, and chat.
- Process ticket reservations and issue electronic tickets accurately and efficiently.
