Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Overnight Store Restocker to join our team in Preston. This role is crucial for ensuring our store is perfectly prepared for our customers each morning. Working independently during the quieter night hours, you will be responsible for replenishing shelves, organising stock, and maintaining a tidy shopping environment. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking stable night work with premium rates. Your dedication will ensure our shelves are fully stocked and appealing for our morning shoppers.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of merchandise.
- Effectively replenish shelves, displays, and promotional areas according to planograms and store standards.
- Rotate stock to ensure fresh products are always available and minimise waste.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised backroom and sales floor throughout your shift.
- Operate store equipment safely and efficiently after receiving appropriate training.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Work efficiently and independently to meet restocking deadlines.
Required Skills
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for overnight shifts.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good physical stamina, capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure correct product placement and stock rotation.
