Caribbean Airlines is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Airline Fleet Planning Intern to join our Route Network team in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Fleet Planning team in gathering and analyzing data related to route performance, market demand, and competitor activity.
• Support the development of new route proposals and optimizations for existing routes.
• Prepare presentations and reports to summarize analytical findings and recommendations.
• Help maintain and update databases relevant to fleet and route network planning.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on strategic network development.
• Conduct research on industry trends, new aircraft technologies, and regulatory changes affecting fleet operations.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the department's objectives.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
• Demonstrated interest in the aviation industry, airline operations, or logistics.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools or concepts is a plus.
