Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as an Inbound Call Centre Agent. This is a full-time, remote position based in Kingston, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and support by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions.

- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
