Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Magazine Bundling Operative, playing a crucial role in our end-of-line operations. This fast-paced position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to quality. You will be responsible for accurately bundling, packaging, and preparing magazines for shipment, ensuring all products meet our high standards before leaving the facility. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately count, sort, and bundle magazines according to client specifications.
- Operate bundling and packaging machinery efficiently and safely.
- Perform quality checks on bundled products to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare bundles for shipment, including labeling and palletizing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment.
- Experience operating packaging or bundling equipment.
- Forklift certification (an asset).
