Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment when necessary.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Administer medication as prescribed and meticulously record care provided, following training protocols.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, promoting a positive and stimulating environment.
- Assist with light household duties to maintain a clean and safe living space.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team, reporting any changes or concerns.
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
