Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting summer job in a lively environment? Biloxi Boardwalk Fun Zone is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Ticket Takers. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who love interacting with people, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to a fun-filled atmosphere. No prior experience is required – we provide full training to ensure you’re confident and ready to excel in your role. Be the first point of contact for our guests, helping them start their day of adventure with a smile!
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests entering the park or designated attractions.
- Accurately scan or collect tickets and passes.
- Provide guests with directional information and answer general park questions.
- Monitor entry points to ensure only authorized guests enter.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with crowd control and queue management as needed.
- Adhere to all park safety and operational procedures.
- Process cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales if assigned to a sales booth.
