Job Description

Are you a highly motivated and articulate individual looking to launch your career in the fast-paced B2B technology sector? ADP is seeking a dedicated Work From Home: Software Demo Booker to join our growing team. In this entry-level remote role, you will be instrumental in connecting potential clients with our innovative HCM software solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to businesses, qualify their needs, and schedule product demonstrations for our sales executives. Full training on our products, sales processes, and CRM tools will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a desire to learn about B2B sales and cutting-edge software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective B2B clients to identify sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their current business needs, challenges, and interest in ADP's HCM solutions.
  • Successfully schedule and confirm product demonstration appointments for our sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with sales executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and scheduled demos.
  • Stay informed about ADP's product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
