Job Description
Are you seeking a stable, full-time opportunity with comprehensive training? UPS Supply Chain Solutions is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Federal Supply Depot Workers in Tucson, AZ. This is an entry-level position where no prior forklift experience is required—we provide full, paid training to get you certified and ready. You will play a crucial role in managing the flow of federal supplies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all depot operations. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming federal supplies and materials.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently after comprehensive training.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments according to established procedures and deadlines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock records.
- Load and unload delivery trucks and trailers.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or general labor role.
- Familiarity with inventory control systems.
