Job Description
As a Remote Recruitment Resourcer focused on LinkedIn, you will be instrumental in identifying and engaging top-tier talent for a diverse range of client needs. This is a 100% remote role where you will leverage advanced LinkedIn search techniques and other sourcing tools to build robust candidate pipelines. You will play a crucial part in the initial stages of the recruitment process, ensuring we connect with the best professionals in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute advanced searches on LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive and active candidates.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
- Utilize and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and interactions.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Research and map target companies and industries to identify potential talent pools.
- Provide market insights and intelligence to the recruitment team.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- A keen eye for detail and strong research capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment resourcer, sourcer, or similar role
- Familiarity with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with other sourcing tools and platforms
