Job Description

No prior experience in automotive repair is required, and you don’t even need to own tools to start! Key Responsibilities
- Assist certified technicians with routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks.
- Learn to perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle fluid checks under supervision.
- Help maintain a clean and organized service bay and workshop area.
- Participate actively in all provided training programs and mentorship opportunities.
- Develop proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and equipment safely.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by clearly communicating vehicle needs to service advisors.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the automotive service industry.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude (e.g., comfortable working with hands, understanding how things work).
