Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous End of Tenancy Deep Cleaner to join our team in Ormond Beach, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our single-family rental properties are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new residents after a tenant moves out. This involves a comprehensive deep clean, attention to detail, and adherence to our high quality standards. A company van will be provided for travel between properties, and we offer flexible working hours to support work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive deep cleaning of vacant single-family rental properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces, fixtures, appliances, and floors to a professional standard.
- Remove any remaining debris, trash, or unwanted items left by previous tenants.
- Conduct detailed cleaning of windows, blinds, baseboards, and interior doors.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or necessary repairs observed during cleaning.
- Manage cleaning supplies effectively and maintain inventory in the company van.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly.
- Communicate effectively with property management and maintenance teams regarding property status.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of professional cleaning experience, ideally in a similar role.
- Proven ability to perform thorough and detailed cleaning tasks.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high quality standards.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift (up to 25 lbs), and move around properties for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in end of tenancy cleaning, commercial cleaning, or hospitality cleaning.
- Knowledge of various cleaning products and equipment.
- Familiarity with property maintenance reporting systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
