Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access points for vehicles and pedestrians.
- Verify credentials and log visitor information accurately.
- Conduct regular patrols to maintain visibility and deter unauthorized activity.
- Respond to resident inquiries and provide assistance as needed in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Ensure compliance with community rules and regulations.
- Operate and monitor security equipment, including CCTV and alarm systems.
Required Skills
- Valid BC Security Worker License.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency for logging and reporting.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a security or customer service role.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.
