Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Prosthetics Manufacturing Assistant in our Waterbury workshop. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to learn and contribute to a meaningful cause. You will work alongside experienced technicians, assisting in the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of custom prosthetic devices. Full training will be provided on all processes, equipment, and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior technicians with the fabrication and assembly of prosthetic components.
  • Operate and maintain various workshop tools and light machinery under supervision.
  • Prepare materials, molds, and components for the manufacturing process.
  • Perform initial quality checks and inspect finished products for adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the workshop.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and company protocols.
  • Support inventory management by organizing materials and supplies.
