Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Casino Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our gaming floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing staff, upholding gaming integrity, and delivering exceptional guest service. This is a critical leadership role that requires strong decision-making skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to creating a thrilling and secure environment for our guests. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the casino floor, including table games and slot machines.
- Monitor gaming activities to ensure adherence to company policies, state regulations, and responsible gaming practices.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of dealers, supervisors, and other gaming staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Address guest inquiries, resolve disputes, and handle challenging situations with professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure outstanding guest service is consistently delivered, promoting a welcoming and exciting atmosphere.
- Oversee payouts, reconcile cash floats, and manage chip inventories.
- Collaborate with security and surveillance teams to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Prepare daily reports on gaming activities, incidents, and staff performance.
- Implement promotional strategies and special events to enhance guest engagement and loyalty.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in casino operations management or a supervisory role on a gaming floor.
- Thorough knowledge of casino games (e.g., Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Poker) and slot machine operations.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Familiarity with gaming regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with casino management software systems.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
- Certification in Responsible Gaming practices.
