Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, Dashers, and merchants via chat, email, and phone.
  • Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, app functionality, and account management with a high degree of empathy and efficiency.
  • Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in our support system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and solutions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data privacy and security.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through active participation and constructive feedback.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and strong typing skills.

Preferred Qualifications
