Job Description
We are seeking a highly meticulous and dedicated E-commerce Order Fraud Reviewer to join our team in an office-based role. The successful candidate will play a critical role in protecting our company from fraudulent online transactions by meticulously reviewing orders, identifying suspicious patterns, and taking appropriate action to mitigate risks. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of our e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly review e-commerce orders for potential fraud indicators, anomalies, and suspicious activity.
- Analyze customer data, purchase history, and transaction details to identify fraud patterns.
- Communicate with customers via email or phone to verify order details and authenticity when necessary.
- Investigate chargebacks and disputed transactions, gathering evidence and preparing documentation.
- Utilize various fraud detection tools and internal systems to assess risk and make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all investigations, decisions, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with customer service, loss prevention, and payment processing teams.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and relevant compliance regulations.
- Stay informed about current fraud trends and evolving detection techniques.
