Job Description

Fairmont Le Château Frontenac is seeking energetic and reliable Valet Parking Attendants to join our exceptional team. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role perfect for someone who thrives on interaction and enjoys being on the move. You’ll be the first and last impression for our esteemed guests, providing courteous and efficient parking and retrieval services. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering exceptional customer service.
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas.
- Assist guests with luggage and directions as needed.
- Maintain an organized and clean valet station and entrance area.
- Accurately record vehicle information and key handling.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Operate vehicles of various sizes and types responsibly.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally.
Required Skills
- Valid Class 5 (or equivalent) driver's license in Quebec.
- Clean driving record (no major infractions within the last 3 years).
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (training provided for manual if needed).
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a valet, hospitality, or customer service role is an asset, but not required.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with the Quebec City area and local attractions.
