Job Description
Are you passionate about helping people and looking for a rewarding work-from-home opportunity? Join TELUS International as a Retail Helpline Agent and become the first point of contact for customers seeking support for a major retail brand. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for every caller. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. Full training will be provided to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding retail products, services, orders, and general support.
- Provide accurate information and solutions, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps or product features.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and privacy protocols.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (bilingualism is an asset)
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
- Empathy and a customer-focused attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail (minimum 6 months)
- Familiarity with CRM software or ticketing systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
