Job Description

CWT is seeking a motivated Corporate Travel Management Intern to join our Operations team in Liverpool. This is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn from industry experts, and contribute to the seamless execution of business travel for our clients globally. As an Operations Intern, you will play a vital supporting role in our daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service. You will be exposed to various aspects of corporate travel, from booking processes to client relations and data management. We are committed to providing comprehensive training and mentorship to help you develop a strong foundation in this exciting industry. No prior experience in travel management is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team, assisting with various day-to-day tasks.
- Assist in processing travel bookings, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Support data entry and maintenance of client travel profiles and reservation records.
- Help prepare reports and presentations related to operational performance.
- Respond to internal inquiries and assist in resolving minor operational issues.
- Contribute to special projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Learn and utilize various travel management systems and tools.
- Support communication with clients and suppliers under supervision.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational skills and an exceptional eye for detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- No prior experience in travel management is required; full training will be provided.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
- Familiarity with global geography and major travel destinations.
