Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in comprehensive training programs on Salesforce and HubSpot administration.
  • Assist in user setup, permissions, and basic configuration within CRM platforms under supervision.

  • Help monitor CRM system performance and troubleshoot minor user issues.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of basic reports and dashboards.

Required Skills
