Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced technicians and engineers with the installation, configuration, and testing of smart grid devices and infrastructure.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines rigorously to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Prepare work sites, including setting up equipment, tools, and materials.
- Perform basic diagnostic checks and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Document work performed, including recording installation details and issues encountered.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents and businesses during installation projects.
Required Skills
