Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and calm Shopping Mall Security Dispatcher to join our team in Cincinnati. This is a crucial sit-down role responsible for monitoring security systems, dispatching security personnel, and maintaining clear communication across our mall’s security operations. You will be the central point of contact for all security-related incidents, ensuring rapid and effective responses. This position offers full benefits and a stable work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other security systems to detect and report suspicious activities.
- Receive incoming calls and radio transmissions, assessing situations and dispatching appropriate security personnel.
- Maintain accurate logs of all communications, incidents, and dispatches.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to security officers during emergency and non-emergency situations.
- Coordinate with emergency services (police, fire, EMS) as needed.
- Prepare incident reports and complete daily activity reports.
- Operate access control systems and alarm monitoring equipment.
- Assist in managing lost and found items and visitor inquiries related to security.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and data entry.

Preferred Qualifications
