Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Dental Lab Plaster Caster / Technician to join our fabrication team. This entry-level to experienced role involves the crucial initial steps of dental prosthetic creation, primarily focusing on pouring and articulating dental models from impressions. If you have a keen eye for detail, a steady hand, and an interest in learning the intricate art of dental lab work, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming dental impressions for quality and accuracy.
  • Precisely pour gypsum (plaster) into impressions to create accurate dental models.
  • Trim and base models to industry standards using specialized equipment.
  • Mount models onto articulators, ensuring correct bite and occlusal relationships.
  • Organize and track cases, maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards.
  • Assist with other lab tasks as needed, contributing to overall lab efficiency.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
