Job Description

No previous experience is required – we believe in potential and provide full, accredited training, including the Care Certificate, to ensure you have all the skills and confidence needed to excel. Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care support, including assistance with washing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and hoisting as required, following comprehensive training.
- Administer medication according to care plans and training protocols.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
- Carry out light domestic duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in activities and conversation.
- Accurately document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
