Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and organized Virtual Rebate Processing Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to set your own schedule, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking work-life balance. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer rebate claims, ensuring all documentation is correct and submitted in a timely manner. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are crucial for success. Full training on our systems and rebate policies will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify submitted rebate claims for accuracy and completeness.
- Input rebate data into the company's processing system.
- Communicate with customers via email regarding claim status or missing information.
- Maintain detailed records of all rebate transactions.
- Identify and escalate complex or fraudulent claims to management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to rebate processing.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the rebates department.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in data entry and accurate typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
