Job Description

Join The Hartford as a Suicide Prevention Awareness Intern and contribute to vital community health initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in public health, community outreach, and mental health advocacy. You will support programs designed to raise awareness about suicide prevention, reduce stigma, and connect individuals with critical resources. This is an entry-level position where comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of suicide prevention awareness campaigns and events.
  • Conduct research on best practices in mental health advocacy and community engagement.

  • Support community outreach efforts to partner organizations, schools, and local groups.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to deepen understanding of mental health and suicide prevention.
