Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Membership Coordinator to join our team. This is a 100% remote position focused primarily on providing email-based support to our valued members. As a Remote Membership Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for member inquiries received via email, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses. Your role is crucial in maintaining high member satisfaction and supporting our membership programs. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all member inquiries received via email, addressing questions, resolving issues, and providing information related to membership benefits, accounts, and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations, following established procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, billing) to escalate and resolve complex member issues efficiently.
  • Prepare and distribute email communications to members regarding updates, promotions, and important announcements.
  • Identify trends in member inquiries and provide feedback to improve processes and member experience.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of FAQs and knowledge base articles for member self-service.
  • Adhere to all company policies and data privacy regulations.

Required Skills

  • Proven strong written communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely via email.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with email management platforms and basic CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a member-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or membership coordination role, ideally with a focus on email or chat support.
  • Familiarity with membership databases or association management software.
  • Experience working in a remote team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus.
