Job Description
We are immediately hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Tucson. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process new inventory and products.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, scanning items into the warehouse management system.
- Operate machinery (such as pallet jacks or forklifts, with training provided if necessary) safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 49 lbs), push, pull, squat, and reach during shifts.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting productivity targets.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
- No prior warehouse experience is required – full training will be provided!
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
