Job Description

Pacific Coast Productions is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as a Temporary TV Studio Audience Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of live television production, ensuring our studio audience has an unforgettable experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an engaging and energetic show. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome studio audience members upon arrival
- Efficiently check in guests and manage seating arrangements according to production requirements
- Guide audience members to their designated seats and provide clear instructions for participation
- Maintain an energetic and positive atmosphere throughout the pre-show and live recording
- Answer audience questions and provide assistance as needed with a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Ensure audience compliance with studio rules and safety guidelines
- Assist with crowd management and direction during breaks and exiting procedures
- Liaise with the production team to ensure a seamless audience experience
- Problem-solve minor issues quickly and professionally to maintain a positive guest experience
