Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our quiet and peaceful acupuncture clinic. This vital role supports our practitioners and ensures the smooth daily operation of the office, focusing on patient experience and efficient administrative tasks in a calm environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient scheduling and appointments, ensuring efficient flow.
  • Greet patients warmly, assist with intake forms, and prepare them for treatments.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and coordinate insurance verification.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and office.
  • Assist with inventory management of clinic supplies and herbal remedies.
  • Support practitioners with administrative tasks as needed to enhance patient care.
  • Contribute to a tranquil and professional office atmosphere.
