You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality, functionality, and user-friendliness of our diverse range of online educational courses, directly contributing to a better learning experience for millions of students worldwide. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly test e-learning modules and courses across various devices and browsers to identify bugs, technical issues, and inconsistencies.
- Review course content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and overall instructional design quality.
- Provide clear, concise, and constructive written feedback on functionality, user experience, and content errors.
- Document all findings meticulously using our internal reporting tools and protocols.
- Verify that course elements, such as quizzes, videos, interactive components, and navigation, function as intended.
- Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure identified issues are resolved promptly.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for discrepancies.
- Strong written communication skills for clear feedback and reporting.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating various online platforms and software.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- No prior experience in quality assurance or e-learning is necessary; full training will be provided.
