Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Remote IT Staffing Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and efficient interview process for IT candidates across various specialisations. You will be responsible for coordinating online interviews, managing candidate communications, and supporting our remote recruitment consultants. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK, provided you have a dedicated home office setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate online video interviews between IT candidates and hiring managers/clients using various virtual meeting platforms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview logistics, ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage and update candidate records and interview schedules within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare and distribute interview confirmations, résumés, and other relevant documents to interviewers.
- Assist recruitment consultants with initial candidate screening calls and database searches as needed.
- Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the interview process.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues related to online interviews for candidates and interviewers.
- Contribute to process improvements for remote interview coordination and candidate engagement.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM software.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a recruitment coordination, HR administrative, or similar support role.
- Familiarity with the IT industry and common tech roles.
- Experience supporting a remote or distributed team.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
