Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Data Specialist to join our dynamic team in Grafton. In this high-demand role, you will be pivotal in tracking sales performance, identifying emerging trends, and providing actionable insights that drive our online strategy. You will transform complex data into clear, concise reports, helping to optimize our product offerings, marketing campaigns, and overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various e-commerce platforms and databases.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
- Identify and interpret sales trends, seasonality, and market shifts to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize e-commerce performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to marketing, merchandising, and operations teams.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support specific business initiatives and inquiries.
- Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to improve data collection and reporting tools.
- Assist in forecasting future sales and identifying growth opportunities.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel, SQL, Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and understanding of online retail metrics.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
